Marketing that never gets old.
I was thrifting in a record store in Palm Springs when I discovered an old copy of “The Saturday Evening Post.” The magazine was complete, so I didn't waste any time snatching it up and continued scouring for more. I didn’t even stop to flip through the pages, other than to check and see if everything was there. This was my first copy I found. When I got it home, I spent some time examining it. I love all the old, hand-drawn ads it contained. Most of the ads were for products that were past my years, but one stood out to me. As it’s something I grew up with. Not an everyday purchase, but as an occasional thing. It was an ad for Spam canned meat.
